What Audible Listeners Are Saying
4/5 stars — “Good advice, but way too long “
This book has solid common sense advice to be more self aware during conversations, and some techniques for diffusing conflicts and getting to mutually respectful conclusions. That part is great. Getting there is tedious in this book. Lots of contrived examples that don’t seem realistic, though they claim to be.This could be a 5 star book if it had a simple summary of the techniques for easy reference, allowing listeners to bypass hours and hours of repetitive examples.

5/5 stars — “Applicable tools “
I appreciate that there were so many tangible examples showing how to put these tools into action— Eric Good, Audible listener
5/5 stars — “Clarity, and delivery of the message was impeccable. “
Clarity, and delivery of the message was impeccable. The illustrations are relevant. The audio version is very appealing. The literature is altogether simple.— Audible customer, Audible listener
