This book is so well written that I think I finished reading it in less than eight hours. Every chapter is more heartbreaking and eye-opening than the next and there’s moments in the book that I never knew I needed between these characters. This book does an excellent job of shedding light on female characters that were previously neglected in a way that can make you fully sympathize with all of them. there was not a single character in this book that I didn’t at one point completely agree with. beautiful retelling of the Trojan war, I’m glad it portrayed Penelope as just a faithful wife but as a women who is stressed and angered by her husbands lack of faithfulness.
I love that it gives more light to the women who without them there would be no story of the war just men hitting each other for fun.
