I loved this book, enough to move on to Pre-suasion. The writing engages and Cialdini is the rare author who reads his own work well. But also very slowly. I listened comfortably at up to 1.4 speed. One may feel that they already understand why a given situation took place but you don’t truly know or understand until you take a step back and look at the dynamics that put you in that position to begin with. I learned a lot from this book and I would read it again to stay proficient in its teachings.
